1. Overview

At Faddie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward and fair return and refund process.


2. Returns Eligibility

You may return products within 47 days of delivery from the date you receive your order, provided the following conditions are met:

✔ Product is unused, undamaged, and in original condition
✔ All tags, labels, and packaging remain intact
✔ No signs of wear, stains, or odor
✔ Accompanied by the original invoice/order number
✔ Add unboxing or opening video must to claim any damages, Otherwise we are not responsible for any damaged products

Please note:
Items such as final-sale products, clearance items, or personalized/customized products may not be eligible for return unless defective.


3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if item is defective or damaged)

4. Return Shipping

Returns can be made in any of the following ways:

📌 Faddie Return Pickup
We will schedule a pick-up from your address. Return shipping charges may apply and will be communicated before confirmation.

📌 Self-Ship Returns
You may courier the return to our address (provided in the return confirmation email).
Return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item delivered).

Make sure to securely pack the product and include your invoice inside the package.


5. Inspection & Approval

Once we receive your return, our team will:

✔ Verify eligibility

This process typically takes 2–4 business days.


6. Refund Methods

Approved refunds will be issued as:

If you want to exchange size or variant:

✔ Exchange request will be approved within 2 working days and exchange product will be delivered within 3-4 working days.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives:
