At Faddie, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for our customers.


1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Include your Order ID and registered contact details in the email.


2. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If the order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • Refund processing time:
    • 5–7 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).

3. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Orders cannot be cancelled if:

  • The order has already been shipped
  • The order is out for delivery
  • Delivery attempts have already been made

In such cases, customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy (if eligible).


4. Cancellation by Faddie

Faddie reserves the right to cancel an order in cases such as:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or technical errors
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions
  • Incomplete or failed payment

In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to the customer.


5. Failed or Refused Deliveries

  • If a delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or refusal to accept the order, the refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping charges.
